Role Summary We are looking for a great customer service professional to join our team at our Coral Springs Branch (2360 North University Dr, Coral Springs, FL 33065). This full‑time onsite position focuses on providing customer service across all branch areas, including teller, account opening, and loan application. The role is not sales‑oriented; success is measured by creating meaningful connections and handling every customer as a valued member of the family. Responsibilities Manage a teller window Open depository accounts (checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRA) Actively identify and resolve customer issues Take equity line / loan and/or mortgage applications Carry a pipeline of loan applications through closing Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, and/or over the phone Willingness and ability to work in all areas of the branch Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year recent retail bank teller experience and/or high‑volume cash‑handling experience Outstanding customer service skills, including professional grammar and demeanor Positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills Recent experience working on the platform with new account openings and resolving customer issues preferred Experience taking home equity and/or mortgage applications preferred Perks & Benefits Competitive compensation packages ($18.00 - $26.00 per hour) Medical, dental, vision, and more 401(k) match 11 bank holidays + vacation/sick time Stock ownership allocation Exceptional culture and value system Strong work/life balance Growth opportunities Mortgage discount program Education reimbursement program Equal Opportunity Employer Third Federal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
