The facility’s critical care services include multiple units specializing in adult and geriatric care. RN will float to various critical care areas as needed. Patient ratios vary by unit. The equipment used includes bedside monitoring systems, IV pumps, ventilators, and CRRT machines. The EHR system utilized is Meditech. Supervision will be provided by a designated supervisor. Candidates will engage with a diverse patient population with conditions including respiratory failure, strokes, and shock situations. The role requires high levels of collaboration and communication with team members. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to function effectively in critical situations. Prior experience in a teaching hospital and handling advanced skills is preferred. Candidates must complete all required online learning assignments. The dress code mandates specific scrub colors and acceptable attire guidelines.
