Office Assistant (PT)

Part-Time Office AssistantPassaic County Community College is seeking a part-time Office Assistant. Basic job responsibilities will include the following tasks: filing, photocopying, word processing, mailing, answering and making phone calls, or performing other clerical work as required by the office. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint are also required.Key Responsibilities:Filing, photocopying, word processing, mailing, answering and making phone calls, or performing other clerical work as required by the officeRequired Skills:Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.The completion of a background check will be required for the selected candidate.Compensation: Compensation is determined by a variety of criteria, including but not limited to, previous relevant experience, education level, and certifications. The minimum pay for this position is $16 per hour.Benefits:New Jersey Sick Leave: Earn 1 hour of sick leave for every 30 hours worked with a maximum of 40 hours of leave per benefit year.
