We are hiring a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. You'll be able to learn directly from a successful agency owner, serve your local community, and grow your income through base salary, commissions, and bonuses.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized insurance solutions through consultative selling
Build lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service
Follow up on warm leads and generate new business through outreach
Assist customers with quotes, policy questions, and coverage options
Learn agency operations and support business development strategies
Maintain accurate client records and follow compliance procedures

Requirements

A strong interest in building a career in insurance and sales
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Confident, self-motivated, and eager to grow through ongoing training
Organized, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
No prior insurance experience necessary
