Patent Agent

Job Overview A law firm is seeking a Patent Agent with a background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering to support its Intellectual Property practice in Houston, Texas. This role involves assisting with patent drafting, prosecution, and intellectual property portfolio management. The position provides an opportunity to work within a collaborative IP team advising clients on patent strategy, patentability, and related intellectual property matters.
