Responsibilities for Marketing Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, including promotion plans across digital, social, media, and event channels.

• Manage cross-functional stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure successful campaign execution.

• Analyze campaign performance, audience insights, and ROI metrics (pipeline, revenue, MQLs, cost per lead) to optimize results.

• Lead media planning, social media marketing, influencer programs, and content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

• Plan and manage virtual and in-person events, sponsorships, vendor negotiations, and customer experiences from start to finish.

Candidates for Marketing Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Strong experience in marketing campaign management, media planning, and demand generation/growth marketing.

• Hands-on experience with social media, influencer marketing, SEO, and content marketing.

• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle multiple large-scale initiatives.

• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance, ROI, and working with CRM/reporting tools.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor/agency management experience.

Pay Details: $114.15 per hour
