Job Title : Accounting Associate Manager : Shared Service Manager Salary Range : Commensurate with experience Location : Corporate Office; Stafford, Texas We are searching for a driven, detail-oriented individual to join our fast-paced Back-Office Team at Radley Staffing. As an Accounting Associate, you’ll utilize accounting and analytical skills daily, playing a key role in the success of our Shared Service Team. With our comprehensive internal training and collaborative work environment, you'll gain in-depth expertise in accounts payable, the general ledger, and reporting/analysis that will serve as a valuable foundation for your ongoing career at Radley Staffing. Responsibilities : Record accurate and timely journal entries Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations Maintain operational ad-hoc reporting Own the AP process including vendor setup and invoice entry Ensure all vendor payments are accurate and timely Disposition all positive pay exceptions Track re-occurring payables to key vendors and contract renewal dates Facilitate the employee expense reporting process Enhance and document processes Implement and maintain internal controls Assist with timesheet entry for the weekly placement personnel payroll process Handle special projects as outlined by the Shared Service Manager Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting required Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines Adaptable with the capacity to quickly learn new processes and applications, and to adjust to varying business needs Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Work Environment : Team-focused office environment with a professional-casual dress code (nice jeans); minimal overtime required as needed Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing Industries Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Radley Staffing, LLC. by 2x Inferred benefits from this job description Medical insurance Vision insurance Paid paternity leave Paid maternity leave Disability insurance Tuition assistance Get notified when a new job is posted.
