Luminary Hospice

Luminary Hospice is seeking a Masters of Social Worker to provide compassionate care to patients and families throughout their journey. Responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments, providing crisis intervention, and educating families on advanced directives. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in social work, experience in healthcare, and excellent communication skills.
