What You'll Do

• Provide specialized perioperative nursing care for neurosurgery, spine, orthopedic, and complex general surgeries, including bariatric procedures
• Prepare operating rooms and equipment for surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons during surgeries, ensuring patient safety and sterile technique
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Document all procedures accurately in EPIC, with prior EPIC experience preferred
• Participate in call rotations and weekend work as required, including nights and holidays

What You Need

• Active Ohio nursing license; BCLS certification required; EPIC preferred
• Minimum of 3 years OR experience, including trauma and neuro experience preferred
• Prior experience in complex surgeries such as ENT, GU, plastics, or burns is a plus
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Strong clinical skills in perioperative care and patient safety protocols
