Job Description Assistant Regional Service Manager (Solventum, formerly 3M Health Care) Solventum is a new healthcare company dedicated to improving life and enabling healthcare professionals to perform at their best. The Impact You’ll Make in this Role Organize and structure service center operations by staffing, training, developing, evaluating, and rewarding personnel to ensure high levels of productivity and customer service. Support recruitment and hiring of team members who align with company culture and contribute to organizational success while minimizing turnover. Execute territory-wide communications to ensure awareness and understanding of key company, department, location, policy, and procedure updates. Partner with territory sales managers and corporate support teams to meet customer needs, proactively manage customer relationships, and provide customer-focused solutions that ensure consistent and reliable field service performance across the assigned territory. Oversee the execution of process improvements to achieve organizational objectives and improve key performance indicator (KPI) targets. Drive best practice identification, knowledge sharing, team learning, and improved performance across the territory. Determine local execution plans to deploy resources and manage Solventum’s rental assets and supply inventories in accordance with quality management protocols, ensuring product availability and reliability across all territory locations to support daily customer demands. Engage and empower team members to provide solutions that drive customer satisfaction and improve the customer experience. Perform annual employee competency validations through on-site visits and travel with employees while serving customers and patients. Manage the service center fleet vehicle program to ensure appropriate utilization of equipment, sound vehicle safety practices, and execution of general maintenance protocols. Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory requirements and ensure a fully compliant distribution network through adherence to internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements. Ensure a safe, orderly, and clean working environment across all territory locations. Company Vehicle: This position requires driving a company vehicle. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be subject to pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle history review. Your Skills and Expertise Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution and four (4) years of experience managing diverse teams across multiple locations. OR High School Diploma / GED and eight (8) years of experience managing diverse teams across multiple locations. Current and valid driver’s license. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Ability to travel by vehicle or airplane to attend business meetings or events and/or visit service site locations and customers. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Additional Requirements May be required to enter healthcare or other third‑party facilities, which may require certain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials. Work location: Hybrid. Eligible Travel: May include up to 50% domestic travel and, at times, up to 75% domestic travel depending on business needs. Relocation Assistance may be authorized. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for an employment visa status.
