Maintenance TechnicianHarper Operating Company is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support multiple McDonald's restaurant locations. This role is responsible for maintaining equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure restaurants operate safely and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipmentTroubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems (experience preferred)Maintain fryers, grills, beverage equipment, ice machines, and kitchen equipmentPerform plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs as neededConduct preventative maintenance inspectionsRespond quickly to equipment or facility issues at restaurant locationsMaintain building systems including lighting, doors, parking lot, and general facility upkeepEnsure all work follows McDonald's safety and operational standardsMaintain clean and organized maintenance areas and vehiclesQualifications:HVAC or Refrigeration experience preferred but not requiredExperience in commercial maintenance, mechanical repair, or facilities maintenanceStrong troubleshooting and problem solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage service callsValid driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in restaurant environmentsBenefits Package:Paid vacation timeSick payPersonal days every quarterPaid holidays offHealth insurance401(k) retirement planCell phone allowanceCompany vehicle programAll tools and equipment providedHarper Operating Company is a family owned McDonald's organization committed to supporting our employees, restaurants, and the communities we serve.
