Place new tablecloths, plates, cutlery, and glasses Ensure seamless and timely service, anticipating and exceeding guests' expectations. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with finesse and courtesy. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area. Assist in creating bills by providing accurate order information What We’re Looking For 1+ year experience in a fine dining or high-volume hospitality environment Previous experience in a restaurant environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service. Physical Requirements To successfully perform the essential functions of this position, candidates should meet the following physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation: Ability to remain in a stationary position for 8 or more hours during a shift Ability to work in an environment with varying noise and lighting levels Ability to move safely in uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
