What You’ll Do Build & Own AI Solutions Design, deploy, and continuously improve custom GPTs, Microsoft 365 Copilot agents, and AI‑powered chatbots that enhance colleague productivity and learning experiences. Partner closely with Microsoft and technology vendors to leverage the latest Copilot and GenAI capabilities — from prompt engineering to production deployments. Measure What Matters Monitor adoption, engagement, and performance metrics using tools like Microsoft Viva Insights. Use data and user feedback to drive meaningful product improvements. Operate with Excellence Collaborate with Technology, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure AI solutions run reliably in production — and build the governance frameworks to keep them there. Influence & Inspire Translate complex AI concepts for technical and non‑technical audiences alike. Champion responsible AI adoption and help shape the organization’s AI strategy. What You Bring 6-9 years of experience in AI, technology, or product roles Hands‑on expertise with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, or custom GPTs Strong command of prompt engineering, conversational design, and AI solution optimization Experience analyzing usage and adoption metrics to iterate and improve AI products Proven ability to collaborate with vendors and engineering teams to ship and maintain production‑grade AI solutions Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills A builder’s mindset with a strategic perspective #J-18808-Ljbffr CBTS
