RN Nurse Assessment and Quality Coordinator - Per Diem

RN Nurse Assessment (MDS) and Quality Coordinator Per Diem with 8‑hour Day shifts (minimum 1 shift per week) located at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in San Pedro, CA. The RN Nurse Assessment (MDS) and Quality Coordinator is responsible for conducting and coordinating the MDS Assessment with the appropriate participation of health professionals. Knowledge of care required: Young Adult to Geriatric. Required Qualifications Associate's degree in nursing. California Registered Nurse License upon hire. 2 years LTC facility experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. 1 year recent direct patient hospital care or work experience in a Long Term care or Sub Acute and/or TCU setting. Compensation Pay range: $54.05 - $83.90 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
