Strategic Account Leader - Healthcare (Remote)

Sanofi is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead our most complex national accounts from a remote location in the US. You will own the account plan, align cross-functional teams, and drive revenue growth with health systems, IHNs, and hospital networks. The role requires at least 5 years in field sales or account management, strong C-suite access, and proven ability to translate market insights into strategic actions. Travel up to 75% is expected to support key accounts.
