Registered Nurse (RN) Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM every other weekend. No holidays. Job Description The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and practices. This role involves assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans. Document patient information accurately and timely. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license. Experience in a clinical setting preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
