Team Leader / Part-Time

Do you enjoy leading a team, helping customers, and staying busy in a fast-paced environment? Our Part-Time Team Leaders play an important role in keeping the store running smoothly while delivering outstanding customer service and supporting daily operations. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who have open availability, can work at least 12 hours per week (with the opportunity for up to 30 hours), and are available to work weekends. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and hands-on work in a retail setting. Retail or leadership experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. What You’ll Do Deliver excellent customer service and help customers find solutions for their projects Lead and support associates during daily store operations Help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor Assist with merchandising, displays, and product stocking Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and restocking Train and encourage team members on customer service and store expectations Help ensure store safety standards are followed Assist with opening, closing, and manager-on-duty responsibilities as needed Communicate company programs, promotions, and operational updates to associates Work as part of a team to achieve store sales and operational goals What We’re Looking For Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours weekly with flexibility up to 30 hours Weekend availability required Strong customer service and communication skills Leadership mindset and willingness to motivate others Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Dependable, team-oriented, and self-motivated Retail experience preferred, but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout the workday Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
