RN Triage - Centralized Triage

Position: RN Triage - Centralized Triage Location: On-site in Warrenville, IL Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday with Saturday rotation Responsibilities: Conduct inbound and outbound telephone patient assessments, demonstrate strong customer service, perform clinical evaluations, educate callers, and manage urgent and preventative care needs. Must live in Illinois and have the potential to transition to remote work after one year if performance metrics are met. Qualifications & Skills: Current Illinois RN license, knowledge of physician practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, professional telephone etiquette, ability to handle high-stress situations, strong time management, basic computer skills, 35 WPM typing, and ability to multitask.
