Collaborate closely with production managers to ensure timely and effective project completion. Conduct site evaluations Mentor and train team members in safety protocols and proper techniques to ensure a secure and efficient workplace. Maintain equipment and adhere to safety regulations and company policies. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a remarkable service experience. Participate in weekly team meetings and monthly safety sessions. Qualifications: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Exceptional communication abilities and a talent for building positive relationships. Keen attention to detail and a dedication to high-quality workmanship. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
