What You Get
$18.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on skill, experience, and output
Quarterly bonuses tied to team performance
40‐hour weeks as the norm, with overtime available but rarely mandatory

Residential new construction wiring for homes and townhomes
Rough‐ins, trims, and undergrounds
Reading plans and wiring clean and organized
Working at a steady production pace without cutting corners
