Physician Assistant

Role Summary: Provides comprehensive patient care in collaboration with physicians, demonstrating autonomy in evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Orders and interprets diagnostic tests, prescribes medications, and performs procedures within the scope of practice. Communicates effectively with patients, healthcare team, and physicians to ensure safe, ethical, and patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Assess and establish diagnoses, develop and implement treatment plans. Accurately document patient encounters and clinical information. Order, interpret, and utilize diagnostic testing results. Prescribe, modify, or discontinue medications and therapies as appropriate. Report significant findings or risks to the collaborating physician. Perform procedures within authorized scope. Provide patient education and act as an advocate, communicating in clear language. Follow policies and guidelines to meet clinical goals and deadlines. Qualifications & Skills Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (required). Proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe therapies responsibly. Knowledge of policies, procedures, and ethical standards in healthcare.
