We are seeking an experienced, polished Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our high-end cosmetic dental practice. Led by Dr. Cary Goldstein, a third-generation dentist, our practice combines a rich history of dental excellence with advanced cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Conveniently located in Sandy Springs, we proudly serve patients throughout Northeast Metro Atlanta, including Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, and Northeast Atlanta. Position Summary This role requires a professional, articulate presence suited to a premium patient experience, along with the operational and financial acumen to drive sustained growth and performance across the office. Key Responsibilities Own the office's financial performance, including production, collections, and EBITDA/budget targets Drive new patient growth and referral development specific to a cosmetic/high-end patient base Manage scheduling efficiency, provider utilization, and case acceptance workflows Lead, coach, and develop front office, treatment coordination, and clinical support staff Ensure a consistently polished, high-touch patient experience reflective of a premium practice Partner with the Regional Manager on reporting, KPI tracking, and growth initiatives Preferred Qualifications Experience, ideally in a cosmetic, high-end, or concierge setting Exceptional communication skills — polished, articulate, and comfortable representing the practice with high-net-worth patients and referring providers Strong financial literacy: comfortable reading P&Ls, managing budgets, and tracking KPIs Proven track record of driving office growth and performance Strong leadership and team development skills Experience with Denticon practice management software Experience in a multi-provider or multi-specialty setting Hours: M-F 8-5 Salary $65,000-$70,000 based on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Smile Jobs
