Job Description

Step into a vital imaging role supporting patients and clinical teams by providing precise X-ray services within a dynamic hospital environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for radiologic technologists seeking to utilize their expertise across both standard imaging and operating room procedures.

Schedule Options:

• 9:00pm 7:00am (4x10 hour shifts)
• 11:00pm 7:30am (5x8 hour shifts)
• Monday through Friday
• Rotate weekends as needed
• 13-week assignment

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology
• Valid state X-ray technologist license
• Prior experience assisting with imaging in the OR is required
• Demonstrated proficiency in operating digital X-ray equipment
• Ability to manage responsibilities efficiently during overnight hours
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• BLS certification (current)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-rays, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times
• Assist in imaging procedures within the operating room according to sterile protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and surgical staff to provide accurate imaging support during surgeries
• Maintain clear and accurate medical records and imaging documentation
• Ensure proper operation and routine maintenance of imaging equipment
• Comply with all hospital and regulatory safety standards
