Beauty Counter Manager

Summary The Beauty Counter Manager leads sales and customer experiences for a specialty beauty counter, combining retail selling with hands‑on beauty consultations. This role balances driving counter performance through personal selling and digital outreach with coaching and coordinating counter activities. The manager also plans and executes vendor events and ensures the counter is organized and customer‑ready. Responsibilities Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet customer beauty goals Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in‑store and digital selling tools including text and social media Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events, promotions, and activations Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize counter results Coach and collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges while building customer loyalty and opening customer accounts Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and visual readiness Requirements Passion for beauty, including makeup application and skincare knowledge Proven ability to connect with customers and handle customer concerns with empathy Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and attention to follow‑through Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort with networking and digital selling Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and variable schedules based on business needs Physical ability to be active for 6‑8 hours per shift and frequently bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative in a commissioned sales environment #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
