Senior Lead - Software Product Manager

Labcorp seeks a Senior Lead Software Product Manager to own product vision, strategy, and execution for a critical product area. The role involves aligning cross-functional teams, developing product roadmaps, and delivering solutions that drive customer adoption and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy, roadmaps, and vision aligned with business objectives and customer needs
- Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Data, and Cloud to manage dependencies and drive initiatives
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and harmonize competing needs
- Define, track, and report key performance indicators including adoption, satisfaction, and business metrics
- Mentor peers and contribute to growth of the product management team
Requirements
- 12+ years related experience with Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years with Master's degree, or PhD with 5+ years
- 5+ years working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of owning product areas and delivering measurable business results
- Strong technical acumen and ability to translate complex requirements into development plans
- Demonstrated strategic vision and decision-making capability in ambiguous situations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse audiences
- Experience leading and mentoring product management teams
Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 annual salary
