Estimator/Project Manager

Cavalry Construction & Restoration is a local company specializing in Mitigation and Restoration for both residential and commercial customers. As a provider of water, mold, and fire damage property mitigation and restoration services, we are professional, agile, and our goal is to treat every customer to a 5-star experience. Cavalry Construction & Restoration has an immediate opportunity for a full-time Reconstruction Sales and Estimating professional who is a highly motivated and ambitious. The ideal candidate must have a professional appearance, natural sales personality and be eager to create and maintain relationships with insurance professionals and property management companies. Additional qualities for candidate are having keen attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients Accept leads from third party program vendors Inspect prospective projects, scoping the work and generation of an estimate, which is typically completed in an estimating platform (Xactimate). Budget and manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects Monitor customer satisfaction from initial contact to completion of the project Ability to work under pressure and on timelines Attend industry related Marketing Events Experience and Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Construction Industry REQUIRED Minimum of 2 years of Insurance Reconstruction experience REQUIRED Xactimateestimating software experience REQUIRED Experience working with third-party program leads, including managing assignments and driving them through to full project completion. REQUIRED Familiarity with Symbilityinsurance estimating software and program-driven estimating processes. PREFERRED Proven track record and personality for sales Excellent verbal and written skills MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Compensation package includes base salary, commission schedule, health benefits, 401(K), automobile allowance and paid vacation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
