Job Full Opportunity Brief Title: AVP, Corporate Counsel, Product & Distribution Category: Jobs Organiser: Prosperity Life Description: Prosperity Life is hiring an Assistant Vice President-Corporate Counsel to provide expert legal support for the development and distribution of annuity and life insurance products. The successful candidate will represent the Legal & Compliance Department in cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance for policy forms and marketing materials, and negotiate selling agreements for various distribution channels. Eligibility: Applicants must possess a Law degree (J.D. or equivalent) and bar admission. Requirements include 7+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or financial institution, with at least 5 years of progressive experience specifically in annuities and life insurance products.
