Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:Service Team LeaderIn this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.The work model for the role is: Hybrid with 90% travel required and preferred home location in the West Texas area (Midland, Odessa, Lubbock preferred).Your role and responsibilities:Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer's operations and eliminate pain points.Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products for which they are certified to perform.Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.Acting as trainer when needed, for field service associates and customers.Responsibilities also include performing commissioning/start-up services, troubleshooting/repair services, and preventative maintenance on measurement and analytical equipment.Our Team DynamicsOur teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. Being part of our team means your work matters - because the progress we make here creates real impact out there.Qualifications for the role:Bachelor's or Technical Degree with 2+ Years or Associate's Degree/High School Diploma with 5+ years of relative experienceStrong technical background with technical skills in startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive, and unplanned maintenance of analytical products including but not limited to continuous gas analyzers and gas chromatographsAbility to build strong customer relationships, to work effectively with minimum supervision, demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, and be customer service orientedStrong Computer skills to include Outlook, Excel, and WordAbility and willingness to travel approximately 90% of the time, as required.
