We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Unit Manager to lead our skilled nursing facility in Orwell, Ohio. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, managing the day-to-day operations of the unit, and ensuring that all residents receive the utmost care and attention.As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated caregivers in providing top-notch patient care. Your responsibilities will include:Overseeing the daily operations of the unit, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care assignmentsCollaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plansEnsuring that all residents receive timely and effective care, and addressing any concerns or issues that may ariseMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including patient charts and statisticsParticipating in quality improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsWe are seeking a motivated and experienced professional who meets the following requirements:Must have active LPN or RN license in the state of OhioMust have previous vent experience in a skilled nursing facilityMust have availability on the weekend nights (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday night)Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role and working with ventsWill work 24 hours and be paid for 28 hours due to weekend warrior positionWhat We Offer:Competitive salary range of $27-$34 per hour, based on experience and licensingA dynamic and supportive work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentThe satisfaction of knowing you are making a difference in the lives of our residentsIf you are a motivated and compassionate professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
