Operations Manager II: Lean, Safety & Growth
Materion
Materion Lorain Plant seeks an Operations Manager to direct daily operations across casting, heat treating, materials flow, maintenance and production planning. You will drive continuous improvement to meet production goals while controlling costs, and you will lead a team on the manufacturing floor with regular floor presence. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8+ years of manufacturing leadership, with preferred induction furnace experience and knowledge of Lean/Six #J-18808-Ljbffr Materion
