Participate in the payroll process on a monthly basis, in collaboration with your colleagues. Ensure the accuracy of the salaries calculated and checking the integrity of the calculation. Handle employees’ inquiries regarding payroll. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records, following up on absences and illnesses, and managing registration and declaration of employees with authorities. Assist with employee benefits administration and provide general HR administrative support. This position is for you if: You hold a BTS, DUT, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management or any related field. You possess a first experience in Payroll (this could be considered an asset). You possess good knowledge of salary calculation, labor law, social security and payroll tax. You have experience using our software PayEase (this could be considered an asset). You are rigorous, have very good analytical skills, and are comfortable with numbers. You embody good interpersonal skills and an excellent team spirit. You are autonomous, respect deadlines, and have a developed sense of customer service. You are fluent in French and English; German or Luxembourgish are considered assets.
