Senior Recruiter

The Senior Recruiter serves as a strategic talent acquisition partner responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences. This role partners with hiring leaders and internal teams to attract, assess, and secure top talent, while providing market insights, recruitment expertise, and regular communication throughout the hiring process. The Senior Recruiter ensures compliance with recruitment policies, tracks key performance metrics, and collaborates with stakeholders to drive effective hiring outcomes that support client and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Experience: Keep leaders updated on recruitment results; during the interview process, support candidate facilitation and keep the leader informed throughout the candidate lifecycle through meetings, phone calls, and emails. Candidate Experience: Giving candidate the white glove experience is front of mind. Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring it is positive and reflects the site company’s values. Screening and Evaluation: Perform phone screens/evaluations and initial interviews; coordinate interviews with others/leaders to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, facilitate through offer acceptance. Market Research: Keep abreast of recruitment trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to stay informed on recruitment. Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Policy and Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, Churchstreeter and Crosse company policies and Client site policies. Collaboration: You will be working with Site Lead, Leader Advisors, Junior Recruiters and other indirect team members to make sure we are doing what is best for the candidate and the client. Communication: The Recruiter must maintain regular communication with all stakeholders. The Senior recruiter ensures that updates are provided within the required timelines and through the appropriate channels based on the situation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of experience within recruitment or a clinical environment in lieu of a degree. At least two years of recruiting or clinical experience is required. Experience working in operations, as an operational leader, or as a clinician is preferred. The ability to understand and recruit for various roles effectively. For internal applicants, a successful history in junior recruiting for at least two years may serve as a substitute for required education and experience. This role typically operates in a hybrid environment depending on organizational needs.
