Champion Services LLC is seeking a skilled Fleet Mechanic to join our team at our location in Swedesboro, NJ. As a family-owned logistics company with over 50 years of experience, we offer a stable work environment and opportunities for professional growth. Daily Responsibilities:
- Perform diesel maintenance and repair on fleet vehicles [Tractor’s & Trailers]
- Conduct oil changes, inspections, and quality control checks
- Diagnose and repair all systems including electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, and hydraulics
- Utilize hand tools for general repairs, welding, installations fabrication,
- Implement preventive maintenance measures to ensure vehicle safety and performance [equipment range from 2017 to 2026 Internationals & Mack Tractors.]
Required Skills:
- Diesel Engin Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
- Experience in Diesel maintenance, repair, and service advising
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical systems
- Knowledge of hydraulics, strength & conditioning, and general repair
- Ability to perform quality control inspections and preventive maintenance
Nice to Have Skills:
- Champion uses Diesel Lap top computer for diagnostics skills to find engine problems.
- Advanced knowledge in heating ventilation & air conditioning systems
Salary and Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $68,640.00
- Maximum Salary: $81,000.00
