We’re looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is ready to provide this level of care in a part-time capacity. Role Overview The LPN will provide in-home nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to ensuring comfort, quality of life, and dignity for every patient and their family.
