I’m a proud College of the Ozarks graduate with a B.S. in Business and bring 14 years of State Farm experience into how I lead and serve our customers. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time golfing with my husband and staying active in the community through my work as a Mercy Hospital Board Member and a member of the Bentonville/Bella Vista Chamber of Commerce.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Serena Smith - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
