• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, utilizing established psychological tools to effectively identify clients' mental health needs and devise tailored treatment plans that encompass various therapeutic methods.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family counseling sessions, applying diverse modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Engage in close collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to deliver integrative and holistic care, ensuring that clients receive well-rounded support throughout their treatment journey.

• Offer crisis intervention services, responding promptly to clients in acute distress or emergency situations, providing reassurance and expert guidance to stabilize their mental health.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives designed to promote mental health awareness, share educational resources, and foster open conversations aimed at stigma reduction.

• A current and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A completed master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively support individuals from various social, economic, and cultural frameworks.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely documentation and adherence to clinical protocols.

At least two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and remote therapy technologies is beneficial, enhancing your ability to deliver high-quality care.
