Your role:
As a Recruiter at JC Law, you will play a crucial role in supporting our hiring team's efforts in recruiting and onboarding top talent. Your responsibilities will include implementing the Full Life Cycle Recruitment, candidate database maintenance, and schedule coordination. You will actively participate in screening candidates, facilitating interviews, and contributing to the onboarding process.

Your responsibilities:

• Implement Full Life Cycle Recruitment
• Work with the leadership team and the Head of Recruiting to design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Coordinate interviews and contact applicants as needed
• Write, edit, and post job descriptions for social media, career websites, and university job boards
• Research and recruit candidates to widen the qualified applicant pool
• Conduct compensation and benefits analyses for various roles
• Assist with new hire onboarding, including reference or background checks
• Source Candidates
• Develop and maintain an accurate, organized, and detailed candidate database

• 8 hour shift +

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
