The Role: As a Tax Intern , you will support the preparation of individual and corporate tax returns, assist with tax research, and contribute to client deliverables under the guidance of experienced professionals. You’ll gain exposure to international tax concepts, compliance procedures, and client communications in a dynamic, global business environment. Key Responsabilities: Support the preparation of foreign tax filings, schedules, and related documentation Conduct research on international tax regulations, treaties, and updates Collect and analyze financial data for global tax reporting Maintain accurate records for foreign entities, intercompany transactions, and withholding tax requirements Assist with tax workpapers and internal reporting tasks Support special projects and administrative tasks within the international tax team Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Leadership and team‑building activities Enhanced technical, analytical, and research skills Hands‑on experience with international tax processes Collaborative teamwork experience Networking opportunities with tax and finance professionals Exposure to a dynamic and inclusive corporate culture H&CO proudly serves clients nationwide, but this internship will be offered in our South Florida offices: Coral Gables, Brickell, and Fort Lauderdale .
