Everyone receives 3 flexible remote days per month. This role will be at the forefront of that change, and you'll help shape the vision of our future.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain software application solutions tailored to insurance operations, including policy administration, claims processing, explanation of benefits, underwriting, and compliance.Build and optimize applications and software solutions to support insurance business processes.Improve and maintain our core insurance platforms and proprietary systems using APIs and web services.Ensure secure and compliant handling of sensitive insurance documents and data.Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing software applications.Maintain technical documentation and participate in system upgrades and performance tuning.Collaborate with other technology colleagues to understand application needs and devise possible solutions.Lead cross-training with colleagues on application enhancements and new solutions.The pay range for this role is $105,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.The pay range provided is not a guarantee of compensation. The range reflects potential pay for the job grade for this role at the time of this posting. Compensation will depend on several factors such as specific competencies, relevant education and experience, qualifications, and industry certifications.
