As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you are the executive leader of the restaurant, responsible for driving results, developing leaders, and delivering on a mission that goes far beyond the counter.
You’ll partner with your District Manager to lead the business, grow people, strengthen operations, and make a meaningful impact in the communities you serve. Leadership here means ownership of the team, the guest experience, and the purpose behind everything we do.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver great guest experiences by setting expectations for fast, friendly service and resolving guest issues with care and urgency
- Develop leaders and teams by hiring, onboarding, coaching, and supporting Assistant Managers, Hourly Shift Coordinators, and Team Members.
- Own the business by driving restaurant performance across sales, profitability, and operational excellence
- Drive community presence by maintaining Firehouse Subs standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building local engagement that supports the brand’s purpose.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience with operational and/or financial responsibility
- A people-first leadership style with strong communication skills and a focus on developing others
- The ability to solve complex problems and make confident, sound business decisions
- A commitment to delivering great guest experiences, upholding Firehouse Subs standards, and building a strong, purpose-driven team culture
