HR AI Product Owner

Join us as a HR AI Product Owner and lead the evolution of HR digital products that power the employee experience. You'll own the product roadmap, collaborate with stakeholders across the full employee lifecycle, and deliver technology solutions that drive real business impact.

What will you do?

• Drive new AI use case discovery and strategy
• Define business requirements and use case vision
• Design and prototype GenAI-based solutions (prompting, low-code tools)
• Build POCs and support early-stage experimentation
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and vendor analysis
• Manage stakeholders across HR, IT, and AI Hub

What qualifications will make you successful?

• 5+ years experience working with AI for the HR or Employee Experience landscape
• Strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term vision and immediate business needs
• Strong stakeholder management skills - you build trust and influence across diverse teams

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
