Field Support: We have client care coordinators who support caregivers in the client's home. Your Role as a CAREgiver Personal Support: Help with daily grooming, hygiene, and toileting needs. Safe Mobility: Assist with movement and transfers (including hoyer lifts and gait belts). Homemaking & Meal Prep: Create a safe, clean home environment with light housekeeping, laundry, and cooking. Engagement & Care: Provide companionship, medication reminders, and specialized care for dementia clients. Reliable Support for Clients: Run errands, provide transportation, and more. What We Need from You as a Caregiver Heart for Caring: Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude. Experience: 6 months of caregiving experience preferred (family experience counts!). Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Physical Strength: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform necessary movements.
