Responsibilities Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while controlling the flow of appointments. Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours, and always within 24 hours. Guide patients through the out‑of‑network experience and greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile. Execute 5‑star customer service and foster a collaborative spirit to ensure everyone receives the care and support they need.
