Psychiatry - Child/Adolescent Physician

A new transformational Child and Adolescent Psychiatry program with a strong devotion to creating an innovative approach to child and adolescent mental and behavioral health is seeking a BE/BC Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join their growing team.

The practice is seeking a new team member who wants to partner with an organization who's focus will be on providing timely and high-quality evaluations and family-centered, evidence based treatments that for the psychiatric problems that most commonly affect children, teenagers, and their families, including problems with anxiety, mood, attention, self-regulation, eating, and substance abuse.

Currently, the practice is seeking a child psychiatrist with an interest in overseeing their residential treatment and partial hospitalization programs focused on a team-based work within a DBT Model with teens and their families.

The Position:
• $350,000 - $400,000 Base Salary Range
• $450,000 - $500,000 Income Potential Long-term with quality and production incentives
• Collaborative Care Model - Each provider has significant time set aside within their work week for team-based project and program development
• Housing Assistance Available - the hospital has a unique housing assistance program to help offset the high cost of housing in the area
• Full Benefit Package including 7 weeks of PTO
• EPIC EMR
