Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per policy: Required
• EPIC experience within the last 12 months: Required
• Cerner experience within the last 5 years: Required
• Must have worked as an employee of an organization or successfully completed a contract
• Each work history entry must list the charting system used
• If multiple EMR systems are listed on one job, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was used
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required only if license was obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent

Assignment Details

• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts, 5 shifts per week
• Floating is required to other sites as needed depending on staffing and census
• No RTO is allowed

Delano is about 30 miles north of Bakersfield via Highway 99, providing convenient access to shopping, dining, and regional services. The area also sits in the southern San Joaquin Valley, known for agricultural landscapes, wide-open surroundings, and access to nearby communities such as Visalia and Tulare.
