Community Health Outreach Coordinator
Ellenville Regional Hospital
Ellenville Regional Hospital is seeking a Community Health Worker to bridge residents with healthcare services, deliver culturally sensitive health information, and help overcome barriers to care in New York's Hudson Valley.
The role involves planning events, coordinating outreach, and supporting marketing efforts with Canva and social media. You will assist with data reporting for ERRHN HEAL Project and must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
