Finance Manager (Digital Finance)

Job Summary The Finance Manager will lead digital transformation and optimization of financial processes across Cintra’s financial team and its portfolio of assets, focusing on value creation, process automation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, automation, and the implementation and improvement of financial systems and tools. Support Cintra’s digital businesses by monitoring business performance and guiding teams through relevant corporate processes. Assess and challenge technology investment initiatives by evaluating business impact, profitability, strategic fit, and contribution to value creation. Coordinate, monitor and participate in finance and digital related projects throughout their lifecycle, providing oversight and support to maximize business impact and operational efficiency. Project manage and/or conduct ad‑hoc analysis of country or global initiatives involving finance, accounting, tax and business processes with focus on value creation, simplicity, automation and cost‑effectiveness. Lead change management efforts and provide training and support to finance teams partnering with IT, Data, Innovation and business teams. Promote best practices and process standardization by enabling knowledge sharing and supporting the rollout of innovative solutions. Stay current on emerging technology trends and finance digitalization best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to introduce innovative solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 6 to 8 years of experience in finance roles with at least 3 years in transformation or systems‑related projects. Experience with AI solutions (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot, etc.) with demonstrable impact. Experience with low‑code transformation and automation tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Agent Builder, UiPath, n8n, Airtable, Zapier, etc.) highly desirable. Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, SAC, or Qlikview is a plus. SAP experience required, preference for S/4HANA exposure. Strong digital skills and ability to work with technology‑driven environments and high‑performing teams. Strategic mindset with strong results orientation. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proven project management and cross‑functional leadership capability. Strong communication and change management skills. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Willingness to travel as needed and meet in‑person work requirements. Willingness to relocate within the US or Canada, with potential global mobility. Computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; PC‑based programs; SAP knowledge a plus. Location & Physical Demands The role can be based in Austin, TX or Madrid, Spain. Travel between both offices will be required.
