Position Overview Our Part‑Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists/Sales Support) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. While the primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes, sales associates also participate in visual merchandising, maintain store presentation, and focus on customer needs to achieve sales goals. What you’ll do Guide customers through our award‑winning brand experience to make authentic connections. Be customer‑obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence, and product knowledge to advise on style, fit, and influence moments that matter. Use modern store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headset) to be well‑informed about company priorities, promotions, and co‑ordinated online/off‑line shopping. Promote loyalty programs and credit services. Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer. Support the shipment process and product flow to gain awareness of new items, contribute to omni‑order fulfillment, including in‑store and curbside pick‑up.
