Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) – 6‑month contract supporting the CSG (Customer Success/ProServices Group) team. This role delivers top candidates in a fast‑paced environment, directly impacting the hiring of technical roles across Technology, Customer Success, and Professional Services in the AMER organization. What You’ll Do Own full‑cycle recruiting for technical roles across our Technology, Customer Success, and Professional Services organizations. Source and engage candidates through inbound and outbound channels, partnering with Talent Attraction to manage sourced pipelines. Proactively identify, pipeline, and qualify talent based on job requirements, business priorities, and defined competencies. Develop and execute recruiting strategies that fill current openings while building a robust, future‑ready candidate pipeline. Partner closely with business leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and deliver qualified talent efficiently. Collaborate with sourcing partners, recruiting coordinators, and peer advisors to deliver an efficient, high‑touch candidate experience. Build trusted relationships with candidates and senior stakeholders, advising on trade‑offs and bringing data and market intelligence to sharpen hiring decisions. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting technology and/or professional services roles within a large, matrixed organization. Proven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to drive hiring outcomes. Strong track record of delivering against goals in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments with a high bar for execution. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities under pressure. Consultative, data‑informed approach – bringing market intelligence, competitive insights, and pipeline analytics to every hiring manager conversation. Proficiency with AI recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and related technologies; Workday and Slack experience highly preferred.
