Regional Culinary Director We're currently representing a highly regarded, chef-driven hospitality group in the Pacific Northwest in their search for a Regional Culinary Director to oversee three locations-one in Portland and two in Seattle. About the Role This position offers a unique blend of hands‑on leadership and multi‑unit oversight. While responsible for guiding culinary operations across all three locations, the Regional Culinary Director will take a leading, day‑to‑day role at the group's flagship Seattle restaurant. This individual will act as the culinary standard‑bearer driving execution, mentoring teams, and ensuring consistency while collaborating closely with ownership on long‑term vision and growth. What You're Responsible For Serving as the culinary leader at the flagship Seattle location with an active, on‑the‑floor presence Providing strategic oversight and support to culinary teams in both Seattle and Portland Maintaining exceptional standards in food quality, consistency, and presentation across all units Leading menu development with a focus on seasonality and Pacific Northwest ingredients Driving financial performance through effective management of food cost, labor, and purchasing Developing and mentoring culinary leaders, building strong and sustainable teams Partnering with ownership and senior leadership on brand direction and future growth What We're Looking For Proven success in a multi‑unit culinary leadership role (Regional Chef, Culinary Director, etc.) Strong operational discipline with a passion for being hands‑on in the kitchen Experience in high‑volume, chef‑driven, or upscale dining environments Deep appreciation for local sourcing, sustainability, and seasonal menu development A natural leader with exceptional communication and team‑building skills Flexibility to travel between Seattle and Portland as needed Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $120,000 - $125,000 20% performance‑based bonus + additional incentives Comprehensive health benefits package 401(k) with company participation Opportunity for growth within an expanding, respected hospitality group This is an exceptional opportunity for a culinary leader looking to make a meaningful impact in one of the most vibrant and ingredient‑driven regions in the country.
